Fall Festival
Saturday, October 24th
Spend the day at Mantorville’s Fall Festival. This annual fun family event is organized by Mantorville Chamber of Commerce. Begin your morning at 7am for fresh coffee at County Seat Coffeehouse, they will be open from 7am – 4pm. At 9am, it’s time to head over to the North Pavilion at Riverside Park for the Haunted Hustle 5K and 1 mile fun-run. This fundraiser supports emergency response services in Dodge County! Register that morning at the North Pavilion at Riverside Park or online here until the 23rd. Don’t forget to wear your costume!
If you forgot to stop by Old School Cafe for breakfast, don’t worry, breakfast is still served until 11am, then from 11 – 2pm, enjoy soups and sandwiches.
Are you ready for a Ghost Tour; how about on a Wagon Ride? Beginning at 10:30am, look for signs so you can get in line for a wagon ride. Sit back and hold on while listening to the reader as they share stories about historic Mantorville, but keep your eyes pealed for any ghostly fellas from the past. If this is too scary for you, head down Main Street to the Art Guild for Pumpkin Painting.
Back by popular demand, the Pumpkin Roll on Clay Street will begin at 11am. Don’t just watch, buy a pumpkin for $5 and watch is roll. You must be present to win, so stick around. It’s going to be a smashing good time! Following the pumpkin roll will be the Pumpkin Drop on Clay Street and Pumpkin Bowling on 5th Street. So much to choose from.
Are we having fun yet? We’ve only just begun. Maybe a quick stop at the Hubbell House for a drink from the Bloody Mary Bar will help keep you moving. Before you stop there, you should get a tour of the Restoration House, it’s just on the corner of Main and 7th St. Bring the kids and let them get a glimpse of how one lived toward the end of the 19th century. Just across the street you can see the Dodge County Historical Society Museum. Before they close it up for winter, stop by the Open House for a refreshment and treats and thank the volunteers who help keep it running.
There will be lots of activities for everyone at Riverside until 3pm, but first what would Fall Festival be if you didn’t have a Carmel Apple. Stop by the Chocolate Shoppe between noon and 5pm for a delicious Carmel Apple. Don’t get all sticky before you take your pet to the park for their costume contest at the Bandshell at 1pm.
Have a wonderful 2026 Fall Festival!
