Minnesota Statute 415.19 requires the public be notified when an ordinance amendment or public hearing will be considered by Council or a Commission at an upcoming meeting by posting to the City’s website. If required to be published in the newspaper, the City of Mantorville publishes legal notices in the City’s official newspaper, designated annually by City Council. For 2025, the Dodge County Independent was designated as the official newspaper for the City of Mantorville.
