\"\"Spend the day at Mantorville’s Fall Festival.\u00a0 This annual fun family event is organized by Mantorville Chamber of Commerce<\/a>.\u00a0 Begin your morning at 7am for fresh coffee at County Seat Coffeehouse, they will be open from 7am – 4pm.\u00a0 At 9am, it’s time to head over to the North Pavilion at Riverside Park for the Haunted Hustle 5K and 1 mile fun-run.\u00a0 This fundraiser supports emergency response services in Dodge County!\u00a0 Register that morning at the North Pavilion at Riverside Park or online here<\/a> until the 23rd.\u00a0 \u00a0Don’t forget to wear your costume!<\/p>\n

If you forgot to stop by Old School Cafe<\/a> for breakfast, don’t worry, breakfast is still served until 11am, then from 11 – 2pm, enjoy soups and sandwiches.<\/p>\n

Are you ready for a Ghost Tour; how about on a Wagon Ride?\u00a0 Beginning at 10:30am, look for signs so you can get in line for a wagon ride.\u00a0 Sit back and hold on while listening to the reader as they share stories about historic Mantorville, but keep your eyes pealed for any ghostly fellas from the past.\u00a0 If this is too scary for you, head down Main Street to the Art Guild for Pumpkin Painting.<\/p>\n

Back by popular demand, the Pumpkin Roll on Clay Street will begin at 11am.\u00a0 Don’t just watch, buy a pumpkin for $5 and watch is roll.\u00a0 You must be present to win, so stick around.\u00a0 It’s going to be a smashing good time!\u00a0 Following the pumpkin roll will be the Pumpkin Drop on Clay Street and Pumpkin Bowling on 5th Street.\u00a0 So much to choose from.<\/p>\n

Are we having fun yet?\u00a0 We’ve only just begun.\u00a0 Maybe a quick stop at the Hubbell House<\/a> for a drink from the Bloody Mary Bar will help keep you moving.\u00a0 Before you stop there, you should get a tour of the Restoration House<\/a>, it’s just on the corner of Main and 7th St.\u00a0 Bring the kids and let them get a glimpse of how one lived toward the end of the 19th century.\u00a0 Just across the street you can see the Dodge County Historical Society Museum<\/a>.\u00a0 Before they close it up for winter, stop by the Open House for a refreshment and treats and thank the volunteers who help keep it running.<\/p>\n

There will be lots of activities for everyone at Riverside until 3pm, but first what would Fall Festival be if you didn’t have a Carmel Apple.\u00a0 Stop by the Chocolate Shoppe<\/a> between noon and 5pm for a delicious Carmel Apple.\u00a0 \u00a0Don’t get all sticky before you take your pet to the park for their costume contest at the Bandshell at 1pm.<\/p>\n
